Funnels and Websites

From simple landing pages to sales funnels and websites.

Wordpress website design and management.

My VA Sidekick LLC

At Sidekick, I build conversion-first sales funnels end-to-end—from offer and page structure to frictionless checkout flows that consistently convert. I’ve shipped landing pages for applicants to apply (feeding straight into the hiring pipeline) and an REO landing page with bundle-option checkout pages. Everything is wired into GHL—CRM fields, nurture automations, upsells/order bumps, analytics, and A/B testing—so we can measure, iterate, and keep improving what works.

Client Aid Technologies VA (CAT-VA)

I built www.cat-virtual.com on Go High Level to be fast, secure, and conversion-ready. The entire site—funnels, careers/apply flows, calendars, and client intake—is native to GHL and mapped to custom fields, pipelines, and automations. The domain cat-virtual.com is fully wired: DNS records (A/CNAME) point to GHL hosting, HTTPS/SSL is enforced end-to-end, and email is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so transactional and marketing messages deliver reliably. MX routing, forwards/aliases, and team inboxes are set so form replies and confirmations land in the right mailboxes. Tracking (UTMs & pixels), consent banner, and analytics are installed; A2P 10DLC and opt-in copy are in place for compliant SMS. From application to onboarding, every step is automated—confirmation emails/SMS, reminders, tasking, and status updates—so the ops flow stays clean while we keep the candidate and client experience tight.

Realty by Dana Benyehuda | The Agency RE

I maintain Dana Benyehuda’s Brivity website end-to-end, with an IDX integration that keeps listings fresh and searchable. My work covers IDX feed health (status/price/photo updates, MLS compliance), SEO structure (community pages, saved searches, schema, meta), and conversion tuning (forced registration rules, property valuation CTAs, open-house and showing request forms). Leads route straight into Brivity CRM with the right tags, pipelines, alerts, and nurture automations. I also handle domain mapping to Brivity, SSL enforcement, analytics via GTM, and pixels/UTMs for Meta & Google so campaign attribution stays accurate. Ongoing tasks include listing/microsite updates, market-report pages, copy & media refreshes, and quarterly UX/SEO audits—keeping the site compliant, fast, and built to convert.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick, practical answers about scope, timelines, and how we work across Build • Automate • Grow.

What does BuildWidth do?

We design and ship conversion-first websites, funnels, and CRM/automation systems—so your marketing, ops, and sales work as one loop.

Who is BuildWidth for?

Founders and lean teams that want enterprise-grade growth infrastructure fast. We’re especially fluent in service businesses and real-estate–adjacent workflows.

Which platforms and tools do you work with?

For websites and funnels, we primarily build on Go High Level (GHL) for native funnels/calendars and tight CRM handoff, WordPress (custom themes, WooCommerce) when you need maximum flexibility or content depth, and Duda for fast, low-maintenance marketing sites. We handle migrations, GA4/pixels, CAPI/Offline Conversions, SEO basics, and page-speed hygiene (LCP/CLS) across all three.

For automations, we orchestrate with GHL Workflows, Zapier, Make, or n8n (for advanced, API/webhook-heavy logic). Typical flows include: lead capture → dedupe/enrichment → round-robin routing → multi-channel nurture (email/SMS/calls) → no-show recapture → pipeline updates/tasks → reporting.

Creative production (Canva + CapCut): Template-led workflows in Canva (brand kits, layouts, fast variants, bulk resize) and short-form video in CapCut (cuts, captions/subtitles, beat sync, hooks). We deliver source files/share links so your team can keep iterating. Ad ops: Meta Ads Manager.

Tracking foundation: GA4 + UTMs, pixels, Google Tag manager.

Bottom line: we pick the stack that fits your goals, timeline, and team—then wire it end-to-end so leads, conversations, and revenue attribution flow in one loop.

How long do projects take?

Typical ranges: Landing page 3–7 days, small site 2–4 weeks, CRM build 1–2 weeks, funnel + automations 1–3 weeks—scope and asset readiness drive timelines.

What’s the difference between Build • Automate • Grow?

Build: sites & funnels. Automate: CRM, pipelines, workflows, integrations. Grow: analytics, CRO, paid social/search, and ongoing optimization.

How do you price?

Fixed-scope packages for builds, plus flexible retainers for growth and maintenance. After a quick discovery, we’ll quote a flat fee and an optional monthly plan.

What do you need from me to start?

Brand files, copy (or we can write), domain/DNS access, preferred tools, and a single decision-maker. We’ll send a short intake and access checklist.

Can you work with my existing site/CRM?

Yes—full rebuilds, phased refactors, or “bolt-on” funnels and automations that connect to your current stack.

Do you migrate from other platforms to GHL?

Absolutely. We map pipelines, move assets, recreate automations, and keep tracking intact so you don’t lose reporting continuity.

Do you take rush projects?

When capacity allows. A rush multiplier applies to protect quality and team health.

Do you provide training and documentation?

Yes—Loom walkthroughs, admin playbooks, and handover docs for your team. We can also run live onboarding sessions.
